Make your spooky season a little greener this year by joining us to swap, upcycle, and zhuzh costumes with MFA-exhibited artist Alex Makes Art! Please note that all swap donations will be unwashed and provided as-is. Makers of all ages welcome. Registration is not required, but you can sign up for a reminder below.

Help us make sustainable magic! Earn an Early Bird Ticket to enter the event up to 30 minutes early by donating any of the following items to upcycle at this event:

• unwanted, clean costumes and costume components,

• leftover costume-making supplies (like faux fur, big pieces of felt, shiny fabrics, trim, tinsel, clear plastic ornaments, aluminum wire, etc.), or

• unneeded notions (like buttons, velcro, fabric-fuse, upholstery piping, fabric glue, etc.)

Bring your donations to the Workshop desk any time during Open Maker Hours throughout the month of September.
